FAQ
- I'm having difficulty accessing the Majoring Online web page: http://emajoring.lspr.edu
- Please make sure your internet connection is working and stable.
- I lost connection after I logged on.
- Please make sure your internet connection is working and stable then log-in again.
- Please understand any delay in submitting your major will affect your chances of receiving the shift of your choice.
- The shift I want is full and I don't want to select the other available shifts.
- We understand your frustration, unfortunately, due to the limited number of seats available the system will automatically lock out shifts once they are full.
- My PIN isn't working.
- Please make sure you are using the PIN given to you by LSPR Accounting after you have presented your Confirmation Fee payment slip in person to Accounting.
- Make sure you are NOT using the Pre-Eliminary PIN which was provided for the simulation.
- For Simulation, use your date of birth as Pre-Eliminary PIN. (ex. NIM: 18110220789 ; Pre-Eliminary PIN: 27021981)
- I've been on standby at the specified time, but I still did not get the shift I wanted.
- Again, please understand the system is automatically processing student submissions on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Your choice of shift might be affected if there is any delay on your part or your internet connection in sending your submission to our servers.
- I'm confused which pin to use; 210789, 159 or the PIN from Accounting.
- For the actual Majoring Online, use the PIN given to you by LSPR Accounting upon giving the Payment Slip (bukti pembayran).
- But, I already registered during the Pre-Eliminary Majoring Online.
- The Pre-Eliminary Majoring was for you to become familiar with the online process.
- The Pre-Eliminary result will be used as a data to determine the quota per Major and Shift.
